The newly rebuilt StFX Fitness Centre, part of the Amelia Saputo Centre for Healthy Living renovations, offers a modern, spacious facility designed to support all fitness levels. It features brand-new equipment from top manufacturers and a variety of workout options, including three specialized studios: The BoX for high-performance training, a Spin Studio with connected bikes for classes, and a Group Fitness Studio with versatile equipment for open use.
