Details Facilities

The Details page provides information about a facility, including its status, description, hours, accessibility, amenities, address, and contact details. You can view schedules, fees, forms, and spaces related to the facility. Use this page to find out more about the facility and connect with staff or access documents.

Tabs are available to help you navigate between contacts, schedule, fees, forms, and spaces. If you are not an approved user and the facility allows public booking, you can request access for online booking.

User Actions

  • View facility name, logo, and status to identify the facility and its current condition.
  • Read facility description, hours of operation, accessibility features, amenities, and seasons for detailed information.
  • View facility address, city, and province. Click the map icon to open the facility location in a new window.
  • Connect with the facility using available contact options:
    • Click the envelope icon to open a dialog showing the facility email address. Use the Close button to exit the dialog.
    • Click the globe, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube icons to visit the facility's website or social media pages in a new window.
    • Click the calendar icon to view the facility's public calendar in a new window.
  • If public booking is enabled and you are not an approved user, click Become an Approved User to request online booking access.
  • Switch between tabs to view:
    • Contacts: See a list of facility contacts with their titles, names, emails, and phone numbers.
    • Schedule: View upcoming schedule entries for the next 15 days, including facility name, date, start and end times, duration, notes, and status.
    • Fees: Review fee information for the facility.
    • Forms: Access facility-related forms.
    • Spaces: View child facilities (spaces) with their names, statuses, and a View Details button to open more information in a new window.
