Details Facilities

The Details page provides information about a facility, including its status, description, hours, accessibility, amenities, address, and ways to connect. You can view schedules, fees, forms, and spaces related to the facility. Use this page to learn more about the facility, contact staff, or request access for booking.

User Actions

• View facility name and logo: See the facility's name and logo at the top of the page for easy identification.
• Read facility status: Check the current operational status of the facility.
• View scrolling announcements: Read important messages or updates in the scrolling area.
• Read facility description: Learn about the facility's features and offerings.
• Review hours of operation: Find out when the facility is open.
• Review accessibility information: See details about accessibility features.
• Review amenities: Learn about available amenities at the facility.
• Review seasons: See which seasons the facility operates in.
• View facility address and city: Find the facility's location and address.
• Open facility map: Click the map icon to view the facility's location on an external map.
• Connect with facility by email: Click the envelope icon to open a dialog showing the facility's email address and a link to send an email.
• Close email dialog: Use the Close button in the email dialog to return to the main page.
• Visit facility website: Click the globe icon to open the facility's website in a new tab.
• Visit facility social media: Click icons for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube to visit the facility's social media pages.
• View public calendar: Click the calendar icon to see the facility's public schedule in a new tab.
• Request booking access: If booking is public and you are not an approved user, click Become an Approved User to request online booking access.
• Switch between tabs: Use the tabs to view Contacts, Schedule, Fees, Forms, or Spaces (Child Facilities).
• View contacts: See a table of facility contacts, including their titles, names, emails, and phone numbers.
• View schedule: See upcoming bookings for the next 15 days, including dates, times, notes, and status.
• View fees: Switch to the Fees tab to see information about facility fees.
• View forms: Switch to the Forms tab to access facility-related forms.
• View spaces (child facilities): Switch to the Spaces tab to see a list of related spaces, their status, and view their details.
• View child facility details: Click View Details for a child facility to open its information in a new tab.
