Improvements & Enhancements
Account Management & Access

Enhanced account creation workflows for administrators by making it optional to send a welcome email with a password reset link when creating user accounts (across organization, facility, community, and program contacts). Administrators can now choose whether to trigger the email immediately or communicate access details directly.

Added the ability for administrators to send a password reset directly from the User Admin page via the Actions menu, making it easier to assist users who are having trouble accessing their accounts.

Introduced a new family member transfer capability to support life-stage transitions, such as children aging out of a household.

Family members can be moved from their current family into another existing family or into a newly created family

The individual is made inactive in their original family (preserving all historical data) and becomes active in the new family going forward

Registration & Program Management

Added flexibility to the registration flow by allowing administrators to choose whether a Final Confirmation page is shown during program registration.

This optional page summarizes selected programs and allows users to remove selections before submission

Particularly useful for high-demand or multi-option programs

For simpler programs, the confirmation step can now be skipped to reduce friction and prevent accidental unregistrations

The setting is controlled via a “Final Confirmation” checkbox at the program creation level

Resolved an issue when creating program templates from existing programs where additional questions were not being carried over. All associated questions now transfer correctly.
Content, Documents & Information Management

Improved the FAQ experience for all users and the public by displaying answers in a convenient pop-up on the same page, making it easier to browse questions without opening new tabs.

Enhanced document management tools by adding filters on the Documents page, allowing administrators to sort and manage documents by type and status (e.g., publish/unpublish).

Resolved an issue with document sort order where editing a document reset its position; sort order values now remain intact and save correctly.

Updated fee statements to include an “Invoice” heading, improving clarity and acceptance for payment and reimbursement purposes.

A scrolling marquee on the website highlights timely updates with a blue, clickable link that scrolls from right to left.

Release notes (like these) are published weekly and are always available under the “Info” tab on the website via “system updates”

Depending on relevance, the marquee may link to community announcements, newsletters, or platform release notes—making important information easy to find.
