Improvements & Enhancements
Program Management & Registration

Improved clarity in Program creation workflows by repositioning the “Discountable Fees” checkbox directly beneath the main fee field. Additional guidance has been added to clarify which fees are impacted by discounts, helping prevent confusion during setup.

Added helpful notes to registration date fields, indicating that:

Program opening runs daily at 12:00 PM (noon)

Program closing runs at 12:00 AM (midnight)
This ensures administrators better understand how selected dates will behave. -
Resolved an issue where paid participants were not properly updated from “Confirmed” to “Paid” after completing online payment.

Improved validation for multiple choice registration questions by preventing programs from being saved if a question is created without answer options. A clear error message is now displayed during program setup, avoiding registration issues for users.

Resolved an issue when sorting programs by date range in the Program Management admin view.

Enhanced registration visibility by displaying program cost directly within program names during registration, allowing users to quickly see pricing without navigating elsewhere.
Officials Management

Introduced improvements and expanded capabilities within the Officials module, including various stability enhancements and bug fixes.

Updated the Officials structure to use “Officials Groups” as a more flexible way to organize officials, replacing the previous community and sport-based structure.
Facilities

Added a scheduling conflict report for Facilities, enabling administrators to identify overlapping bookings.

Equipment Booking & Loan Management

Added a new link under the Info tab to the PlayFinder Cup Instagram page, allowing users to follow the journey of the traveling community trophy across participating communities.
Info & Content

Reintroduced the “Newsletters” section under the Info tab, displaying community-specific newsletters in chronological order, with the most recent updates shown first.
What’s New & Where to Find Updates

A scrolling marquee on the website highlights timely updates with a blue, clickable link that scrolls from right to left. Depending on relevance, the marquee may link to community announcements, newsletters, or platform release notes—making important information easy to find.

Release notes (like these) are published regularly and are always available as “system updates” under the “Info” tab on the website. Community Newsletters can also be found under this tab.
