If you arent seeing our emails come through, check your junk or spam folder. If our emails are heading to your junk, trying marking our address safe.
You may need to add our "From" email addresses to your address book and/or Safe Sender list. This is sometimes referred to as "whitelisting" and it ensures our emails will come to your inbox.
Be sure to whitelist support@playfinder.ca
All email providers are a bit different when it comes to whitelisting an address. If you have any trouble doing so, let us know at support@playfinder.ca and we will try to guide you.
