Platform Update – March 13th Release
Improvements & Enhancements
Officials Management
-
Added cancellation approval controls for Officials Coordinators.
When a team or organization cancels a game, the Officials Coordinator can now approve or deny the cancellation. -
If the cancellation is approved, the team/organization is billed for the assigned officials.
-
If the cancellation is denied, the team/organization is still billed for the officials.
This provides clearer oversight of last-minute cancellations and ensures officials are compensated appropriately.
Scheduling
-
Improved cancellation tracking for facility schedules.
Canceled events are no longer removed from facility schedules. Instead: -
The original booking is marked as Canceled
-
A new schedule entry replaces it to maintain the timeline
-
This allows organizations to track cancellations more effectively and supports billing where late cancellations occur.
Facilities
-
Added a quick-access link to the public facility calendar.
Facility detail pages now include an icon that opens the public calendar view—making it easier to view schedules in calendar format directly from the facility page. -
Improved Special Events marquee display on facility pages.
When a special event is scheduled, it appears as a scrolling marquee on the facility page. This update ensures the event title is displayed along with the date, providing clearer visibility of upcoming events.
Organization-to-Organization Membership Management
-
Added new status filters (Owing, Confirmed, Paid) to the Org-to-Org Membership Management page, helping administrators quickly identify membership payment status.
-
Improved Membership Type accuracy so the correct membership program name is now displayed instead of a default “Basic” label.
What’s New & Where to Find Updates
-
A scrolling marquee on the website highlights timely updates with a blue, clickable link that scrolls from right to left.
-
Release notes (like these) are published regularly and are always available under the “Info” tab on the website.
-
Depending on relevance, the marquee may link to community announcements, newsletters, or platform release notes—making important information easy to find.
