Release Notes

Printable program member roster with emergency contact info — Print a roster for any program showing each confirmed member's contact name, email, and phone, so you no longer need to manually export a CSV.
Print Roster now available from more places — You can print a program's roster directly from the Members list and the Staff view menus, not just one spot.

Organization details opens on the right tab automatically — When you open an organization's details page, it now lands on the Programs tab automatically if the organization has active programs, and on the Contacts tab otherwise.

Facility bookings and requests shown together — Your facility booking page now brings together staff-scheduled bookings and your own booking requests into one list, each one labeled by where it came from, with duplicates removed and everything sorted by date. The cancel option only appears where it applies.
Total Cost column on facility bookings — Your facility booking list now shows the total cost of each booking, calculated automatically. Cancelled or denied bookings show $0.00.
Today's Bookings page for Facility Admins and Managers — Facility Admins and Managers get a new page that shows today's bookings at a glance.
Safeguards against duplicate facility user records — Behind-the-scenes improvements prevent duplicate facility user records from being created.

Expanded delete permission for unlinked payments and fees — Organization staff (not just System Administrators) can now delete unlinked payments and fees, with a clear warning before anything is permanently removed.
