Improvements & Enhancements
Organization-to-Organization Membership Management
Several updates were made to improve clarity, stability, and reporting tools for organizations managing memberships between partner organizations.

Updated the page name from “Organization Member Management” to “Org-to-Org Membership Management” to better reflect its purpose and improve navigation clarity.

Improved search and filtering functionality on the Org-to-Org Membership Management page for easier record discovery.

Resolved an issue with page navigation where attempting to access pages beyond the first page generated an error.

Added a new “All Transactions” export option, allowing administrators to download a complete transaction record directly from the Org-to-Org Membership Management page.
Program Administration

Resolved a filtering issue in the Program Members Admin page where switching status filters and returning to “All” resulted in a blank list. The full list now displays correctly when resetting filters.

Updated the “Admin Fee” label to “Organization Insurance / Admin Fee.” This change helps clarify that the fee is set and collected by the organization—not PlayFinder—and is commonly used to support costs such as insurance coverage or administrative expenses.
Navigation & User Experience

Added a calendar-view icon to Organization and Facility detail pages, allowing users to quickly open schedules in a calendar format in addition to the list view displayed under the Schedule tab.
Equipment Booking & Loan Management
Additional stability improvements have been made to the Equipment loan workflow.

Resolved an issue that allowed empty equipment loans to be created, and cleaned up existing empty records where they occurred.

Implemented an automated cleanup process for unsubmitted loan requests.
A scheduled system job now identifies loans created the previous day that remain in New status and automatically cancels them. Users receive an email notification informing them that the request has been cancelled. -
Added validation to ensure loan dates are logical, preventing administrators from setting an end date that occurs before the start date when creating a new loan.

A scrolling marquee on the website highlights timely updates with a blue, clickable link that scrolls from right to left.

Release notes (like these) are published regularly and are always available under the “Info” tab on the website.

Depending on relevance, the marquee may link to community announcements, newsletters, or platform release notes—making important information easy to find.
