Equipment

Equipment/Index: Make Active/Inactive and Make Restricted/Unrestricted actions, plus a Restricted column (#881). Staff can now flip a piece of equipment's Active status and its Restricted status directly from the row's action dropdown, no trip to the Edit page required. A new Restricted column sits alongside the existing Active column so both statuses are visible at a glance. Both actions are limited to SysAdmin/CommAdmin, matching the page's existing Delete gating.

New "All Invoices" page under the Scheduling menu (#864). Facility Admins and Facility Managers can now see invoices across every facility they have access to in one place, instead of having to open each facility's invoice list separately. The new page includes a Facility column to identify each row, and keeps the same filter/search/sort/paging and per-row actions as the existing single-facility invoice page.
Affected teams/programs are now notified when added to or removed from a facility schedule time inside 10 days (#898). When a team or program is added to, or removed from, a scheduled time less than 10 days away, only that team or program's contacts get an email about the change — not every group on the slot. Swapping one team for another sends a "removed" email to the first and an "added" email to the second. This also applies when schedule blocks are merged or when a recurring schedule copies groups onto new occurrences inside the 10-day window.

Daily "games today" summary email for officials (#879). Officials can now opt in, from their existing availability page, to receive a daily email summarizing the game(s) they're assigned to that day. A new API-key-authenticated endpoint lets an external scheduler trigger these emails; only officials with at least one assigned game that day receive anything.

Program Attendance: Family Check-in session (#770). Staff can now look up a family by their PlayFinderFamilyID and check in family members for programs with attendance tracking enabled, without needing a QR code. Includes a toggle on the Program edit page to turn attendance tracking on or off per program.

Documents/Index: Type filter dropdown fixes (#869). The Type filter dropdown no longer stretches the full width of the page — it's now sized to its contents, matching other filters on the page. Selecting a Type and then sorting by a column header no longer drops the selected filter; the list now stays filtered while re-sorting.

Dedicated Playfinder Admin page (#870). SysAdmins now have a dedicated admin page showing only the PlayFinder organization's own menus (Documents, Events, Programs & Teams, Contacts, Families & Finances, Membership), rather than a filtered view of the full organizations list. The existing "Playfinder Admin" link on the Home/Admin page now points here.
