Financial Visibility & Facility Management Upgrades
This release focuses on richer financial reporting for organizations, better facility scheduling controls, and account administration tools, alongside program search and officials-notification fixes.
Improvements & Enhancements
Financial & Transactions
- New Organization Fees Summary Export page, breaking down payments per fee into Discounts, Subsidy, Online Payments, Transaction Fees, and Cash columns.
- Organization Org Fees page now supports a "View Archived" filter, a "View Details" toggle (defaulting to a simplified fee-only summary), and a dedicated fee-to-payment linking view.
- Family Transactions page adds a "View Details" toggle, defaulting to a simplified fee-only summary view.
- Fixed: families without a primary contact no longer hit a 404 when attempting online payment; they're kept on the family profile page with a clear error message instead.
Facilities
- Facility Users list now shows each user's total non-invoiced facility hours, split into past and future.
- Facility Schedule Requests page adds a status filter, defaulting to "Requested" only, with a "View All" option.
- New dressing room management: facilities can maintain a dressing room list and assign one or more rooms to a facility schedule, with group labeling and enforced cleaning-buffer time between uses.
Accounts & Administration
- Admins can now manually lock/unlock a user account with a structured reason, shown to the user at their next login attempt.
- Google Groups emails now include a custom unsubscribe footer, applied automatically to new groups and backfillable to existing groups via a one-time admin action.
Programs & Search
- Program search now supports filtering by participant gender, showing only gender-eligible programs.
Organizations & Equipment
- Fixed a missing link from the Organizations page to the equipment management page.
Officials
- Fixed: the previous official is now notified by email when a game is reassigned to a different official (previously only the newly assigned official received a notification).
Why This Matters
These updates give organizations clearer financial breakdowns and facility scheduling controls, give admins safer account management tools, and close a couple of quiet gaps (payment failures with no error, officials not notified when reassigned) that were affecting real users.
