U9 Female Hockey Program

The U9 Female Hockey Program offers two participation streams to meet the needs of players and families.

House League (Antigonish Based) is designed for players who want to enjoy hockey in a fun, developmental environment with no travel. The program includes Sunday morning house league games (alternating between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.) and 1 weekly skill development sessions (Saturday morning), depending on ice availability. (COST is 400.00)

Rep Program offers a higher level of development and competition. We have two rep teams: one based in Antigonish and one in the Cape Breton (CB) area. Antigonish rep players also participate in the Antigonish House League program, sharing ice with house league players for both H/L games and skills and receiving one additional team practice each week. CB rep players receive two team practices per week. Families interested in travelling to Antigonish to participate in the Sunday morning House League program are welcome to contact the U9 Coordinator. (Cost 850.00)

Both the Antigonish and CB rep teams will begin the season playing half-ice games in December and will transition to full-ice games later in the season in accordance with Hockey Nova Scotia guidelines.

Fees will be charged to families after teams have been made and are finalized.
