Program Description

A 6-week Yin Yoga series combining breathwork and long-held postures to ease everyday stiffness, calm the nervous system, and renew energy throughout the body. Accessible for all levels. No experience or flexibility required.  Participants are asked to bring a mat and a water bottle.
