As a Recreation Nova Scotia member, a municipality can name staff and elected officials as municipal members; please include all names in the registration form.
Municipal membership includes:
- Membership is for all recreation employees, recreation committee members, and elected officials.
- Regular e-bulletins highlighting current trends, legislation, research, resources, events, and new initiatives.
- Access to position statements and policy documents.
- The opportunity to recognize individuals and organizations in the parks and recreation community through the RNS Awards program.
- The right to vote on issues, hold office, and elect a board of directors.

Once the membership application has been received, an invoice will be generated and sent by email to the primary contact for an annual membership that will be valid until March 31 of the following year. The invoice will include payment instructions for credit card, e-transfer, or cheque
