STFX Track, in partnership with the STFX Track and Field Club, welcomes youth ages 5, 6, 7 and 8 to take part in “Speedsters", formerly the “Wee Lads & Lassies” program. The eight-week introductory Track and Field Program combines loads of fun with lots of movement while learning the basics of Track and Field!
