U16 & U18 Player Registration serves three specific purposes:
1. Allowing older players to be members of Basketball Nova Scotia and potentially participate in any/all BNS related programming for the 2026/27 season, including a u16 rep team, if one is formed.
2. Creates registration opportunity for 'over age' players intending to participate on the U14 Junior X Boys or Girls team, if the opportunity becomes available.
3. Helps AMBA understand the interest of older players to form competitive teams following the traditional high school season to be eligible to compete in the BNS Provincial Championships.
