TRUE TECHNIQUE POWER SKATING (U13 & Older)
Taking all the successful techniques taught in previous years and complimenting them with new and innovative training equipment and techniques. Sessions are primarily focused on balance, striding, edge control and agility, along with drills designed to improve "quick feet" mobility, power, endurance and the all-important explosive "first step".
