STRONG & STEADY DEFENSE (U9/U11)

Become a stronger all-around defenseman as you do drills designed for specifically the defense position. Focus is on backwards and transitional skating techniques, puck control, gap control, stick positioning, passing & shooting. These specific skills are essential to master to get to the next level.
