Four Tides Beach Relay

Gather your crew and race the tide at one of Nova Scotia's most beautiful beaches! The Four Tides Beach Relay is a fun, team-based running event where teams of four tackle 4 x 400m legs across the sand at scenic Stoney Island Beach.

Each teammate takes on one "tide" of the relay:
🌊 Low Tide
🌊 Rising Tide
🌊 High Tide
🌊 Final Tide

Whether you're racing for the fastest time or just soaking up the sunset with friends, this event is all about teamwork, laughter, and community. Dress to impress—there are prizes not only for top finishers, but also for Best Team Name and Best Team Outfits, so get creative!
