Summer Track and Field Club
Program Description

Athletes will train for endurance, speed, strength, and fitness in a fun and encouraging environment. All are welcome, regardless of experience.

Multiple age groups and sessions will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

  • Duration: June 2 - Aug 15
    • Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 3:00-4:15 pm
    • June 2 – June 27:
    • July 1 - Aug 15:
  • Mondays and Wednesdays, Ages 12 to 15 Running: 4:30-5:30 pm
  • Mondays and Wednesdays, Ages 16+ Running: 5:30-6:30 pm
  • Fridays, optional strength and conditioning sessions, and club easy run
  • Competition opportunities available throughout the summer:
