Program Description

SPEED, POWER AND ENDURANCE PROGRAM (Offered by STFX Cross Country/Track)

Attention all athletes!

Join our Speed, Power and Endurance program this summer to learn balance, build endurance, and have fun with Coach Gillis. We want you to be the best athlete you can be this summer!

Each session will include 30 minutes of conditioning training (sprints, hills, endurance) and 30 minutes of resistance training (weights, mobility, plyometrics).

Payment can be made once you've registered under the Fees tab on your profile, and is due in full prior to the first session.
