Program Description

Attention all male multisport athletes!

The Speed, Power and Endurance program is geared towards athletes who want to get fit for their primary summer sport. You can expect to work hard while also having fun, and learning new skills pertaining to speed, strength and endurance. We want you to be the best athlete you can be this summer!

Each session will include conditioning training (sprints, hills, endurance) and resistance training (weights, mobility, plyometrics).

We will train twice a week for 6 weeks, May 26- July 2, Tuesdays/Thursdays from 3-4pm at the StFX track. 

Payment can be made once you've registered under the Fees tab on your profile, and is due in full prior to the first session.
