RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU ARE WAIVING LEGAL RIGHTS

1. I am aware of and freely accept all risks including the possibility of illness, personal injury, disability, death, and
   property loss and damage.
   2. I am physically, emotionally, mentally and otherwise able to fully participate and will follow all rules of participation.
   3. I authorize the Municipality of the District of Barrington (the “Municipality”) and its employees, volunteers and
   contractors to consent to emergency medical treatment for me if they consider it appropriate to do so.
   4. I waive all claims against the Municipality, its employees, councillors, servants, agents, successors and assigns (the
   “Releasees”) and release them from all liability for loss, damage, injury or expense arising out of or related to my
   participation, due to any cause whatsoever, and the negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty of care, or
   breach of the Occupiers Liability Act, SNS 1996, c 27, on the part of the Releasees.
   5. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees from all liability for personal injury, death or property damage to
   any third parties arising out of or related to my participation, due to any cause whatsoever.
   6. I understand that in consideration of my participation I am giving up certain substantial legal rights including the right
   for me or anyone acting on my behalf to sue the Releasees for any damages including, but not limited to, damages
   related to illness, personal injury, disability, death, and property loss and damage.
