Founded in 1975, the Halifax Field Naturalists is dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of Nova Scotia’s rich natural history. The organization educates both its members and the public through guided field trips and hikes, monthly presentations on nature topics, and a regular newsletter featuring local nature news and activities.
