The Halifax Camerata Singers is an award-winning auditioned choir founded in 1986 that plays a vital role in Atlantic Canada’s musical life. Known for excellence in choral storytelling, the ensemble balances classical repertoire with new works, champions Canadian composers, collaborates widely, and serves as the core choir of the Symphony Nova Scotia Chorus. Camerata is a not-for-profit organization committed to nurturing the next generation of musicians through commissions, mentorship, and bursaries.
