Payment Information:

PAYMENT DUE DATE: Please ensure that payment is submitted as soon as possible. A reminder will be sent out closer to each program's start date. Failure to submit payments prior to the first session will result in withdrawal from the program.

PAYMENT PROCESS

PAY TODAY – Payment can now be made online, directly from your Sport Hub profile! Simply follow the steps labeled “How to PAY TODAY” provided below to complete the online payment process.

This new payment process will reduce volunteer admin time. We are offering a family discount for those that use PAY TODAY. The first child is full price and the second and subsequent children will be $40 off. This will be automatically applied to your fees.

StFX Track and Field club also accepts E-transfer for payment of fees. If your registration status is confirmed, you are welcome to make payment.

E-transfers can be sent to stfxtandfclub@gmail.com

PLEASE put the name of the participant(s) in the memo field of the e-transfer.

If PayToday or E-transfer is not an option for you, please contact us, and we can arrange another option such as cash or cheque. Feel free to contact us with questions.

NO payments will be taken at the field.

Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a practice needs to be canceled, the cancellation will be posted on Facebook and through an email to parents/guardians. Although the club attempts to make the decision to cancel in a timely fashion; sometimes, due to work commitments and changes in the weather, this is not possible. Please check your e-mail/Facebook prior to leaving for practice if the weather seems unfavorable.

If the weather declines during practice, coaches will utilize their own discretion as to when to cancel. Parents are welcome to pull their children from the track if they feel weather conditions are unsafe.
