Founded in 1980, the group meets weekly at Sylvan Hall (except during the summer) for socializing, card games, shuffleboard, and special celebrations throughout the year. After a brief decline in the late 1980s, it was revived in 1989 and continues to bring seniors together.

Members have raised significant funds through handmade items like comforters, preserves, and garden produce, helping improve the hall and support community needs. They have also donated over 70 comforters to those in need. Open to anyone aged 55 and over, the group welcomes new members to join in the activities and camaraderie.
