Help Button

• What it does: Opens a help or FAQ section related to the page.

Search Bar

• What it does: Allows you to search for documents by entering keywords or phrases.
• When to use: If you want to find specific documents or filter the list to match your search criteria.
• Result: The page updates to show only documents that match your search terms.

Table of Documents

Sort by Title

• What it does: Lets you sort the list of documents by their title.
• How to use: Click the "Title" link at the top of the table.
• Result: The documents are re-ordered alphabetically by title, either ascending or descending, depending on the current sort order.

Document Title Links

• What it does: Each document title is a clickable link.
• When to use: Click a document title to view more details about that document.
• Result: A new browser tab or window opens, displaying detailed information about the selected document.

Page Data Bar (Pagination)

• What it does: Provides controls to navigate through multiple pages of documents if there are too many to display on one page.
• When to use: If you want to move to the next page, previous page, or jump to a specific page of results.
• Result: The page updates to show the documents from the selected page.

Close Button (Footer)

• What it does: Closes the current browser tab or window.
• When to use: When you are finished with the page and want to exit.
• Result: The tab or window closes.

Dropdown Menus

On this page, you will see the following dropdown menus:

1. Search Bar Dropdown
   Located near the top of the page, the search bar includes a dropdown menu that allows you to choose how many results are displayed per page. The purpose of this dropdown is to help you control the number of items you see at once when searching or browsing through the list of documents.
   Options typically include:

• 10 results per page
• 25 results per page
• 50 results per page
• 100 results per page

2. Page Data Bar Dropdown
   At the bottom of the list of documents, there is a page data bar that also includes a dropdown menu for navigating between pages of results. This dropdown lets you select which page of results you want to view, making it easier to move through multiple pages of documents.
   Options will show the available page numbers, such as:

• Page 1
• Page 2
• Page 3
• (and so on, depending on the total number of pages)

These dropdown menus are designed to help you customize your viewing experience and make it easier to find the information you need.
