Facility Calendar Public Facilities Calendars

The Facility Calendar page lets you view scheduled events and bookings for one or more facilities. You can filter the calendar by date and facility to see only the events that matter to you. Use this page to quickly find available times, review upcoming bookings, and explore facility schedules in different calendar views.

You can customize your view by selecting specific facilities and dates. The calendar offers multiple display options, including daily, weekly, monthly, and list formats, making it easy to find information in the way that works best for you.

User Actions

  • Enter a date in the date field to filter the calendar for events on a specific day. Use this when you want to see bookings for a certain date.
  • Click the Search button to apply the selected date filter and update the calendar view.
  • Click the Select Facilities button to open a dropdown list of available facilities. Use this to filter the calendar by one or more facilities.
  • Check or uncheck facility boxes in the dropdown to include or exclude facilities from the calendar. The calendar updates automatically when you change your selection.
  • View the calendar in different formats, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or list views. Use the calendar toolbar to switch between views for easier browsing.
  • Click the Print Calendar button to print the current calendar view. Use this to create a paper copy or PDF of the schedule.
  • Click the Close button to exit the calendar page.
  • Click on an event in the calendar to view detailed information about that booking or event. Use this to learn more about specific events.
  • Use the calendar navigation arrows to move forward or backward in time. This helps you browse events in other days, weeks, or months.
  • Click the Today button in the calendar toolbar to jump back to the current date.
  • View the calendar title to see which date range and facilities are currently displayed.
  • See facility names listed in the calendar to identify which events belong to which facility.
  • Scroll within the facility dropdown if there are many facilities to choose from.
  • If you change the date or facility selection, the calendar automatically updates to show matching events.
  • On mobile devices, the calendar displays in a list format for easier viewing.
