Facility Calendar Public Facilities Calendars

This page displays a public, read-only calendar for facilities. You can view scheduled events and filter the calendar by date or by specific facilities. The calendar is designed for easy viewing and does not allow changes to events.

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the calendar to a specific date or facility. You can also print the calendar or close the page when finished.

User Actions

• Date field: Select a date to view the facility schedule for that day. Use this when you want to see events for a specific date.
• Search button: After selecting a date, click this button to update the calendar with events for the chosen date.
• Select Facilities button: Open the facility filter dropdown. Use this to choose one or more facilities to display in the calendar.
• Facility checkboxes: Within the dropdown, check or uncheck facilities to filter the calendar. The calendar updates automatically when you change your selection.
• Print Calendar button: Print the current calendar view. Use this to create a physical copy or save a PDF of the schedule.
• Close button: Close the calendar page when you are finished.

• Facility filter dropdown: Allows you to select one or more facilities to display in the calendar.
