Facility Calendar (Public) Help

Welcome to the Facility Calendar (Public) page! This page provides an interactive schedule view for public facilities, allowing you to easily find available times, view bookings, and explore facility schedules.

Key Features:

• Calendar View: See facility availability and bookings in a user-friendly calendar format.
• Date Search: Quickly find schedules for a specific date using the search tool.
• Color Legend: Understand booking statuses and event types with the color legend.
• Mobile-Friendly: The calendar automatically adjusts for mobile devices, making it easy to use on the go.

How to Use:

1. Search by Date: Enter a date and click "Search" to view schedules for that day.
2. View Calendar: Browse the calendar to see available times and bookings for each facility.
3. Legend: Click the "Color Legend" button to see what the calendar colors mean.
4. Event Details: Click on any booking or event in the calendar to view more details.

User Actions

• "Color Legend" button: Click this button to view a legend explaining the meaning of the different colors used in the calendar. When you click it, a modal window appears displaying the color legend.

• "Find by Date" date picker: Use this field to select a specific date. Click the field to open a calendar and choose the date you want to view schedules for.

• "Search" button: After selecting a date in the "Find by Date" field, click this button to update the calendar and display schedules for the chosen date.

• Calendar display: View the schedule for various facilities in a calendar format. You can interact with the calendar in the following ways:

  • Navigate between dates using the "Today," "Previous," and "Next" buttons in the calendar's toolbar.
  • Change the calendar view by selecting options such as "Day," "Week," "Month," "List Week," or "List Month" from the calendar's toolbar.
  • Click on any event in the calendar to view more details about that specific event. This will open a new page with the event's details.
