The playground also features a musical play area panel and a creative play corner. |

The Port Hawkesbury Community Park, located on MacQuarrie Drive Extension, is home to a first class playground, splash pad, bicycle pump track, as well as tennis and basketball courts. The playground is open year round and the splash pad is open 10am-8pm daily from late June to September. It is recommended that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult. Scotsburn Ballfield : The ballfield, playground, outhouses, tennis court etc are all the same entity that is now called the "Scotsburn Trailhead Park" - the canteen is not operational, outhouses are, and we now have the Scotsburn Community Food Forest (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1427320694130717) located at the park. There will be a bike fix it station being installed as well. The parking lot is also part of the park. |
