This U12 Soccer field sits behind the ball fields at Dr. JH Gillis Regional High School. 

The Richard Swain Track and Field is a regulation size track and field. It also hosts a full size regulation soccer field. To book the Richard Swain Field please contact the Recreation Department.

Located in the StFX campus, Saint Ninian Place Hall is perfect for a variety of events: from wedding receptions to business conferences, from fund raising events to Christmas parties. We offer a fully equipped commercial kitchen, coat check, bar services, parking lot.

Salt Springs Elementary is a pre-primary to grade 6 school located within the Chicnecto Central Regional Centre for Education.

The Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena has an official NHL-size ice surface with 5 team rooms, a community meeting room, and a canteen.The ice is installed in September and removed in April each year for the winter season. During these months the arena provides hockey events, figure skating, public skating, skating lessons and pick-up hockey. During the off-season, the facility is used for dances, concerts, wrestling and other special events.

You may be wondering, what’s a Mini-Pitch?  Supplied by Musco Sports Lighting, a Mini-Pitch is an all-in-one sport court complete with a sport tile playing surface, built in soccer goals and basketball hoops, and sturdy fencing.  Lighting, benches and graphics complete the stand-alone facility to ensure it’s welcoming and ready for action.  

But to the residents of Antigonish, the new Scotiabank Mini-Pitch is much more!  It’s a space for inclusive and accessible free play. Close to schools, neighbourhoods, and transportation links, the Mini-Pitch is a low-barrier space for children and families to come together for fun and healthy activity.

Scott W. Weeks Sports Complex is a community facility in New Glasgow, NS that offers a range of sports and recreational activities for all ages.
