The Index page is the main home page for your community on PlayFinder. Here, you can see important announcements, upcoming events, and quick actions to manage your account or profile. You can also search for organizations, facilities, programs, and destinations in your community.

Use this page to stay updated with what's happening, access your profile, or create an account to join activities.

User Actions

• Your PlayFinder button: Opens your personal dashboard to manage registrations, memberships, equipment, and more. Use this if you are signed in and have already set up your profile.
• Setup PlayFinder Profile button: Starts the process to add your personal information and discover opportunities you are eligible for. Use this if you are signed in but have not set up your profile yet.
• Create an Account button: Begins account creation. Use this if you are not signed in.
• Search input field: Enter keywords to find organizations, facilities, programs, or destinations in your community.
• Search button: Starts the search based on your entered keywords.
• Event links: Click event titles or organization names to view details about upcoming events or organizations.
• Facebook link: Opens your community's Facebook page for updates and social connection.
• Announcement links: Click scrolling announcements to view newsletters or release notes.

Validation and Messages

• Information alert: "There are currently no upcoming events for this community. Check back soon." This message appears if there are no events listed.
• Information alert: Registration messages may appear at the top of the page to provide updates or instructions after registration actions. No other notable validation messages.
